FAQs

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Afterpay payments.

Is the rose bear safe around children and pets?

All of our rose bears are made of a lightweight and non-toxic soft styrofoam material. It is even allowed and safe to bring into most hospitals. 

Where do you ship from?

Sydney, Australia. We offer Courier Shipping within Australia - you should receive your rose bear within 1-4 business days depending on location. 

When will I receive my rose bear?

Orders will be processed in 1 business day. Shipping time will typically take 1-4 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders. This time will also depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Do you hand deliver?

We have scheduled deliveries if orders are placed beforehand, and we deliver in the Sydney CBD area. If you are not located in the Sydney CBD area, we will ship via our Courier Company all across Australia and internationally. (shipping rates may vary)

Which days do you deliver?

The Rose Bear will deliver Monday-Friday, same-day if ordered before noon.

How do I care for the rose bear?

The rose bear is made to last and look like it does on the first day you receive it. The rose bear is a delicate handmade gift and should be kept in the clear gift box that each bear comes with. I know, it's cute, but it should be handled gently as it is indeed an art piece. 

Can I do customizations?

Yes! We would love to help you out with customizations to make the rose bear a special gift for your loved one. We offer different bow ties for the rose bear and personalized notes to include with your rose bear as well. Please note the message you want included with your order. 

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

All sales are final. The handmade nature of our rose bears makes them each distinct and unique. If your package was damaged during delivery due to an issue during shipping with the post office - please email us proper documentation that it arrived at the post office damaged - and we can discuss a partial refund or a replacement to be shipped out.
